What type of birth certificates can SpringVerify verify?
SpringVerify verifies QR-coded digital birth certificates issued by Indian municipalities under the Digital India initiative (typically from 2017 onwards). Paper-only certificates without an embedded QR code cannot be verified through this process.
What information does the verification confirm?
The report confirms: full name, date of birth, place of birth, issuing authority, and document authenticity. All data is cross-referenced against the issuing authority's records.
How long does verification take?
Most verifications are completed within 0–2 working days, depending on issuing authority response times.
Is this check DPDP compliant?
Yes. SpringVerify is compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Type II. Candidate consent is obtained before any data is processed.
