What is Digital Address Verification (DAV)?
DAV is SpringVerify's contactless, GPS-based address verification method. A secure SMS link is sent to the candidate who then captures their real-time GPS location, on-site photos, and proof of address documents — all verified digitally without any field agent visit.
What happens if an identity check fails?
Yes. SpringVerify supports verification of both current and previous residential addresses. For each address, the check includes period of stay, proof of residence documents, and — for physical verification — neighbour confirmation. This is particularly valuable for roles requiring a full residential history or for candidates who have relocated frequently.
