SpringVerify × JazzHR Background Verification Integration

It automates background verification from JazzHR. When you move a candidate to the SpringVerify BGV stage, their details are sent to SpringVerify, the candidate gets a BGV invitation, and the final report is pushed back to the Documents section in JazzHR.

Copy your API key in JazzHR under Settings, Integrations. In the SpringVerify portal, open Integrations, click Connect on the JazzHR card and enter the key. Copy the webhook URL SpringVerify shows and add it in JazzHR under Candidate Export Integrations.

It is the trigger. When a candidate is moved to this stage in your JazzHR workflow, their details are sent to SpringVerify for background verification.

In Settings, Workflows, add a stage called SpringVerify BGV and set its action to Send to SpringVerify. You can add the stage to an existing workflow. Then create a job with that workflow and click Advance to move a candidate into the stage.

Yes. In the SpringVerify portal, map each JazzHR job to a verification package so the right checks run for each role, then save the mappings.

In the candidate's Documents section. Turn on Push BGV Report to JazzHR for the final report, and Push Interim Report if you also want updates as checks complete.

Check that the JazzHR API key is valid, the integration shows as connected in SpringVerify, and the candidate has been moved to the configured trigger stage.

Name, email and phone number are the details synced from JazzHR. SpringVerify is certified with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and encrypts data end to end.
