They have partnered with some of the biggest names in multiple verticals of retail like Michael’s, Office Depot, GameStop, Total Wine, Sally Beauty, Belk, Loblaw, Vineyard Vines, etc.

Their SAAS-based solution is highly flexible and interacts seamlessly with E-commerce properties, OMS, WMS, and POS systems for a highly scalable experience and a delighted customer base.

 They are connected to the biggest names in same-day delivery like Uber, DoorDash, Postmates, Shipt,  etc, with shipping providers like FedEx, UPS, USPS, and many more.


The Challenge

Delivery Solutions has a 4 member HR team that looks after talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, etc. As they were expanding, the HR and founding team were clear that they only wanted to hire employees with a clean background. For Delivery Solutions, a happy and employee-centric workplace was a priority. To ensure that, background verification was a critical component of their hiring process.

Being a smaller HR team, manual background verifications was off the table due to the tedious and time-intensive nature of it. Delivery Solutions wanted to eliminate the manual verification process and streamline its hiring with a tool that provided authentic and fast background checks.

The Solution

SpringVerify conducted a demo for the Delivery Solution team and walked them through the platform. Delivery Solution wanted to try it out and our team onboarded them within a week. The checks that they required were:

Delivery Solutions team started using the platform and uploading the candidate details. The candidate got an email link from the platform for uploading the documents. As the documents were uploaded, the SpringVerify team verified them and provided the report in the dashboard. This helped the team gain clear visibility on the progress and status of the verification. 

The Impact

In the past 1 year, the Delivery Solution team has grown from 9 to 60 employees. This 6X surge in hiring was smoothly handled using automated workflows and insightful dashboards using the SpringVerify background verification platform. The verification status provided complete clarity on the candidate’s background and saved around 40% of the hiring time and the team can dedicate time to other aspects of HR functionalities. Delivery Solutions has verified 30+ candidates so far and is happy with the results.
