When the candidate moves to the Hired stage, SpringVerify automatically pulls the candidate data and initiates the background check — no manual data entry, no platform switching.

How do I assign a BGV package to a candidate?

Use TeamTailor's native tagging feature. Apply a tag with a prefix configured during setup (e.g. "SV_" or "BGV:") followed by your package name — for example, SV_employment_plus_reference. SpringVerify maps each tag to the corresponding package automatically. Tags are created once and then selectable with a single click for every subsequent candidate.

Does SpringVerify push results back to TeamTailor?

Yes. When a background check is completed on SpringVerify, the verified report and status are automatically pushed back to the candidate's profile in TeamTailor. Your HR team sees the result directly inside the ATS — no need to log into the SpringVerify portal separately.

We hire globally - will this work for India-only BGV?
