What was your requirement to get a BVG partner?
Aiqahealth is known as Doctor on call Pvt ltd. We are a wellness company providing health care and insurance services. We have covered 9 northern states in India and have a customer base of 9,00,000. We aim to provide our customers with health care services/consultation within 10 minutes of their call request through the helpline or the app. We are looking to increase our strength, and background verification is critical for senior to management-level roles.
We do the background verification in-house, but we needed a reliable BVG partner to ensure that each potential employee is thoroughly vetted for senior positions.
What were your criteria for choosing a BVG partner?
We were clear about the checks that we required. Apart from that, we were looking for a faster turnaround time. Background checks take time; however, a decent turnaround time would help close the hiring cycle faster. We have a closing rate of 60%, which is one of the best in the industry.
